The human body relies on gravity & balance. Without either of those, you’d face plant to the floor. Literally.Â

But, we’re not taught about how to defy gravity or balance our bodies. Not in regular fitness classes anyway.

You’ll learn how to test your body’s balance & then follow a simple set of posture exercises to restore this balance head to toe.Â

You can use these exercises as a warm up (highly recommend) or during your recovers days.Â

A body that’s in balance will wear & tear far less than a body that’s out of balance.Â
