Trust me, I understand what it’s like to have a pain in your neck from the time you wake up in the morning or recurring issues that stand in the way of you being able to do all the things you love; at one point I was seeing my chiro about 2-3 times a month for my recurring neck strain despite working out daily. Whilst it helps for a short period of time, it wasn’t actually fixing the root cause of the problem.
Until I finally understood why & where the issue was coming from & learnt how to fix it once and for all.
Now, let’s be honest, we can’t avoid using tech anymore. So many of us need tech for work and to stay connected. So, instead of blaming tech for your neck or overall body issues, I’d love to help you re-train the parts of your body that will allow you to live in harmony with tech instead.

In this 2 hour virtual workshop you’ll learn really SIMPLE & effective ways to apply my Posture 360 framework to eliminate your tech neck or recurring issues for the long term.
1. HOW to assess, not guess why & where your issues come from.
2. HOW to do corrective exercises & remap your movement (form follows function) so that your issue doesn’t come back.
3. HOW to apply my ‘1:9 rule’ (it’s the magic sauce that I will share in the workshop).

2 years ago, a professional golfer came to me with a rotator cuff injury (a SLAP 2 tear) that he was told he’d need surgery for & one that would likely prevent him from playing golf, ever.

After just 8 weeks of applying my method, he was able to move his shoulder unassisted. 6 months after that, he was swinging a golf club again & 2 years on, he’s never had a recurrence, plays / practices 5-6 days a week without limitation & is stronger now than he’s ever been.
