In the first part of this routine, unlike most neck exercises you’ve tried in the past, you will focus on your FULL BODY.
Why? Because, in posture therapy, we don’t just focus on the location of your issue. We’re more interested in fixing root cause of the pain (which probably has nothing to do with your neck at all).
In the second part of the routine, you’ll do a mixture of posture based movement, breath work & nerve flossing to release any residual tension.
