Yoga Chair

N.B the yoga chair itself is not a must buy, but the type of chair is a good reference for you when looking for suitable alternatives within your home (the height, open back and slim legs are ideal for posture work)

This is a must have

Plyobox

N.B I use a plyobox instead of chair because it's much more versatile. I can use it for my movement & strength training practice too and it's for the foam consistency. The best thing about the plyobox is the height - you need to get 75cm x 60cm x 50cm as it's the ideal size/height (that's converted to 30in x 24in x 20in)

Slant Board - plastic

This is a must have (you can buy either the wooden one or plastic)

Cushions

N.B most people have these around the house, but depending on the ecise and what modifications you need, you may need 1 or a few. So prepare yourself accordingly.
