Plyobox N.B I use a plyobox instead of chair because it's much more versatile. I can use it for my movement & strength training practice too and it's for the foam consistency. The best thing about the plyobox is the height - you need to get 75cm x 60cm x 50cm as it's the ideal size/height (that's converted to 30in x 24in x 20in) |
