Sequence #1

This is one long exercise called âSupine Groin Stretchâ - itâs often referred to as the golden exercise in the posture therapy community. You may feel like youâre doing ânothingâ in the ecise, but youâll start to feel the magic when you finish/complete the exercise. Itâs purpose is to help you release your overworking hip flexors, inner thigh muscles and other muscles that tend to compensate and cause pain in your pelvis, hips and/or lower back. You will also find that any upper body tightness slowly melts away too. Itâs one of my personal favorite exercises and one I've used throughout my pregnancy.Â
Itâs suitable for everyone and all types of injuries/pain symptoms.

Sequence #2

This is a series of exercises designed to help you activate your feet and reconnect function between your lower limbs and pelvis. We donât often make the connection between our feet / lower legs and any pain we feel in our pelvis, hips or lower back. But, in this sequence youâll start to join those dots as your pain starts to melt away.Â
You will feel incredibly amazing in your hips but also in your upper body as it starts to release throughout the sequence. Another one of my favorites and one that I use before playing sports, going to the gym or heading out for a walk.

Sequence #3

This sequence is one Iâve used for the past 10-12 years religiously. If youâve ever seen the famous posture shakes I share on IG from clients, youâll hopefully start to feel some of those shakes during and after this specific routine. Itâs a sequence that will test your hips but also release an incredible amount of tension from them, all at the same time. Itâs a sequence I have used A LOT during my pregnancy too and one I think has played a HUGE role in my pain free pregnancy journey.
If youâre a yogi, love sports and workout a lot but still struggle with tight hips, tension in your lower back and hamstrings, this sequence is perfect for you and will help you massively.
