One of the simplest posture exercises - and it's now yours for FREE.
In my 6+ years as a posture, movement and barefoot coach, this exercise is one I recommend to ANYONE who wants to experience the benefits, magic & unconventional nature of the Body like Butter Methodâ˘ď¸

It'll take you approx 15 mins (or longer if you can); all you need is a little bit of open space, a mat, a yoga strap (not the elastic one), a couple of rolled up towels and perhaps some quiet time to tune into your body.

This excise is designed to help you untwist your entire body & restore natural curvature in your spine head by releasing the ever so troubled, tight and usually overworked hip flexor chain of muscles. In doing so, you may start to feel reduced symptoms in your entire body or some crucial awareness on where things aren't 'quite right' inside your body.
