If there was one type of injury I see increasingly on the rise lately, it’s shoulder injuries.Â
Be that a torn rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, impingement or generally stuff people feel as a result of doing yoga, lifting weights or playing sports; shoulder injuries are a big trouble for a lot of people.Â
So, I put together this special bundle to help you start fixing your wobbly shoulder so that you can get back to doing what you love without pain. But also, to help you prevent shoulder issues!
In this sequence, I will take you through a series of exercises that will help youÂ
> reposition your shoulder blades
> release tension in the muscles that may be compensating and therefore causing you pain; and
> then re-educate your shoulders to work in a way that eliminates pain.Â
These exercises helped me overcome repetitive strain injuries from playing padel, doing yoga and calisthenics, so I’m absolutely sure they’ll help you immensely too. Don’t worry about what type of injury you have, these exercises are completely safe. Just give these exercises a go and let them do the work for you.Â
