This workshop is for you if

2. You notice your upper body is ‘weaker’ or more unstable - doing planks, pull ups or even weight bearing on your hands is hard for you.

In this 2 hour virtual workshop you will learn:- 

 

1. HOW to assess, not guess why & where your issues come from.
